Ewalds is a Perryville staple. It's not a corporate chain. The Buchheit's are great supporters of Schools and service groups. It's our go to place for good food.
Ewalds bbq is the best place in perry county to eat a quick tasteful satisfying meal....they open fairly early in the morning and serve only the best grade of food that money can buy,not only is Ewalds great they are a faimly owned place that's been around for a long-time....they have soft serve ice cream,picnic style hamburgers,and you can also order your plain burger with bbq,try it it's great!also they have a quater coin game machine,and a grab claw machine as well...yoy can't go wrong with E-walds bbq,I personally guarantee it!
My granddaughter LOVES Ewald's! She says the shakes are the best in the whole world ! Her lunch choice is always Ewald's first and then the playground. 3 year olds are the best age! She loves looking at the historical pictures and waves to Sarah as she goes to "her" table.
Great little family owned place with great food and cheap prices. I usually get 2 sandwiches and a drink for around 10, and can add fries for under 2. A lot cheaper to feed family than any fast food place.
